Redistribution, resale, or public mirroring of course content is strictly prohibited.
3. Educational Warranties & Disclaimer
While our curriculum contains proven technical strategies for Generative Search Optimization (AISO), we cannot guarantee specific organic ranking positions or citation frequencies inside third-party Large Language Models (such as OpenAI, Perplexity, or Google). Search engine algorithms undergo continuous dynamic updates beyond our direct control.
4. Billing, Refunds & Access Duration
Purchases provide individual access for the designated duration indicated during checkout. Course refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase provided less than 20% of total video modules have been accessed.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
